There are 2 easy options for applying for service:

Option 1: Apply in Person

Please come to our office at 20644 Timberlake Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502.  One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Option 2: Fill out the Form Below

(Acceptance of the CCUSA Billing Policy Terms is required.)

*This form is for properties with existing water meters. If your property does not have an existing water meter, you will need to contact CCUSA's office directly at (434) 239-8654. 

**Please apply for service, a minimum of one business day, before the requested start date.

***After you Apply for service: Your next step is to pay the $75 Account Establishment Fee.  (this non-refundable fee must be paid prior to starting your service.
